2016 New Year Message

In the coming new 16 years, I hereby send warm blessings to everyone.

First of all, 2015 has been a year of great changes since the beginning of the year. The company's plan at the beginning of the year predicted that the number of domestic auto sales in China would decrease. After everyone's joint collaboration, the corresponding improvement goals and related schedules were formulated in advance.

In terms of personnel changes, there were 165 active employees at the beginning of the year, and as of December, only 138 employees remained. During the year, the company carried out internal adjustments of personnel and positions in response to the actual situation of each position. Through continuous improvement and response, the reasonable allocation of the number of employees is ensured.
 

The annual sales achieved 82% of the target, and the profitability is expected to achieve 82% of the profit.

This profitability data comes from the fixed fee part. In the case of sales reduction, we still achieved 82% of the profit target, which means that the CT time of the gold type and automatic vehicle employees is shortened, and the gold type processing is internalized. The improvement of the project has achieved great results.

The highly volatile year 2015 is about to leave us. Facing the new year of 2016, I expect that at the beginning of the year, the current state of China's unique production depression will continue, the balance of small connecting rods and APY production will also be reduced, and car sales have not improved.

In this environment, our most important task in 2016 is to carry out activities such as improving the efficiency of each production line, improving the structure of the production line, and developing parts orders for new customers.

I firmly believe that the employees of the company can continuously improve their own management capabilities in their respective positions, have the awareness of continuous improvement of work efficiency, and eliminate waste, and can be used in actual corresponding work.
