The measuring instruments are guaranteed to be fully checked by the company monthly and randomly checked daily prior to use. 3. All products are processed according to drawings and a dimension measurement value report is provided.
◆Delivery Time Assurance
1. Obtain the workload and machine tool load from the ITS management system. 2. Carry out visual management of work schedule and indicate the work content through a portable plate. 3. Track the order through the ITS system (bar code) to ensure control over the production progress at the first time.

◆ PVD treatment has the following types:

Chromium nitride (CrN)	silver	Chromium has block resistance and excellent property of releasing from aluminum. The CrN film has resistance to high temperature (about 800℃), corrosion, nitridation and non-ferrous solvent.	It is the best solution to the problems of aluminum adhesion and burn. It can also reduce buckling.
Titanium aluminum nitride (TIALN)	purple	Due to the aluminiferous effect of the TiAIN film, the film not only has oxidation resistance at a high temperature (about 800℃), but also gives full play to the processing tool on the dry or high speed condition. Due to its poor thermal conduction.	it can prevent the heat from conducting to the material and then prevent crack arising and reduce the incidence rate of aluminum adhesion, burn, crack and rupture.
Titanium nitride (TiN)	golden yellow	The TiN film has resistance not only to high temperature (about 600℃) but also to abrasion and corrosion. The film, which is suitable for cutting tools, dies, wire cutters and plastic spraying parts, has a wide range of application.	It can reduce the incidence rate of aluminum adhesion, burn and crack.


• The coefficient of friction is used to denote the surface resistance to friction. The smaller the figure is, the greater the resistance to friction is.	• The heat resisting temperature refers to the heat-proof temperature of the product during casting. This table shows that CrN and TiAIN are the best solutions for the surface treatment of aluminum casting.
