"Improve customer satisfaction and focus on quality" is the content of the company's quality policy. Guided by the general manager's policy of "improving the corporate culture and awareness that value quality, and establishing high-reliability production lines", we focus on personnel training, optimize the communication platform, improve employee morale, and enhance employee participation awareness and professional knowledge as a means to achieve The self-development of employees is the direction, and the continuous implementation of professional QCC activities guides us to continue to work hard. Since the QCC announcement conference ended on March 31, 2015, the top 2 teams also participated in the global QCC announcement conference of the Japan Headquarters as scheduled, and achieved impressive results.

Time flies, and the third QCC presentation conference is ushered in a blink of an eye. At 13:00 on March 31, 2016, the cafeteria on the second floor of the company was extremely lively. The general manager and the representatives of each group gathered together. More than 20 people participated in the wonderful presentation of various QCC group topics in the cafeteria. The judges are composed of 4 people including General Manager Hasegawa, Deputy Factory Manager Ou, Minister Li of General Affairs, and Minister of Manufacturing Liang, and Tanaka is in charge of timing supervision and other related work.

First of all, the Deputy Factory Manager Ou made a speech at the press conference. While affirming the work of each circle, he also expressed his opinions on why we need to carry out QCC and what benefits the development of QCC can bring to us. The results we have brought are explained in detail, and we encourage everyone to work hard, be positive and enterprising, and achieve new and greater results in the new start.

In order to make the presentation more fair and just, the QCC Affairs Bureau Chief Zhang organized a lottery to determine the order of presentation by the QCC Affairs Bureau’s presentation representatives. This conference was organized by the General Affairs and Finance Division "Running Circle" and the Business Department "Hula Hoop" ", Quality Management Class "Sunshine Circle", Manufacturing 1 Class "Sky Guarding Circle", Technology Class "GED Improvement Circle", Manufacturing 2 Class "GB-Family-2" and 6 groups of quality circles participated in the presentation competition. At the meeting, all circles actively and confidently demonstrated their expertise in their respective fields and fully demonstrated the results of improvement. The most significant improvement result and the company’s attention is the improvement of the theme of "Improving AVO Comprehensive Utilization Rate" published in the "Sky Guarding Circle" in Manufacturing Class 1. It also won the first place in this year's conference. The technical class "GED Improvement Circle"-"CAP1 Milling Machine Seating Abnormal Improvement", and the Manufacturing Class 2 "GB-Family-2"-"SV Processing Poor Reduction" won the second and third places respectively in this conference. In addition, the three groups that were not selected also received praise for their different highlights.

At the end of the conference, General Manager Hasegawa made a detailed and comprehensive summary of the results of this announcement. The general manager said that although there are 3 groups that have won the rankings, the overall results of the QCC activities are obviously much better than before, whether it is topic selection or data analysis; whether it is cause analysis or status quo grasp , The organization is very clear, simple and easy to understand, and they have achieved very good results. In addition, the PPT published by each circle and the QCC techniques used have also been affirmed by the general manager. At the same time, the general manager also hopes that everyone can continue to maintain this spirit of continuous improvement, work harder, continue to explore, have the courage to practice, use data to speak, and strive to achieve better results in the next QCC event.

Finally, the QCC Secretariat and all colleagues in the Quality Management Department congratulated each circle group for their outstanding results, and sincerely thanked the leaders, representatives of each circle and group members who contributed to this conference.
